i dont understand why you notice this
because civiccrm isnt yet compatible with 4.7

I don't understand the question.
At any rate, News has nothing to do with CiviCRM. It relies on Send (which may log actions to CiviCRM) and MLM (which presently has nothing to do with CiviCRM).
If you still need support, please install these other two modules, and take some time to fully explain your questions or problems.
