Recent Posts block

Hello,

I want a "Recent Posts".

Meaning that when new content of some kind is added, this will be automatically in a block or page "Recent Posts" together with a link and maybe a teaser.

How do i do this?

Normally this is done with the http://drupal.org/project/views module, but there is a d6 update to the http://drupal.org/project/recent_blocks module. Views is far more flexible and useful, but recent_blocks is simpler.

Go to Admin => Site Building => Menus =>
There you will find a link "Recent posts" that you may need to enable.
The direct link is yoursite.com/tracker ...
This shows a list of all recent posts.
I stand to be corrected, though ...
