I like the description of this module, but I couldn't get it going through the "usual" install process (copy to Modules folder, enable in Drupal, configure). I suspect that I'm missing something that (installing the JS plugin? Where?) that would be covered by documentation. But there is no documentation. This is the first contributed module I've seen that doesn't even include a readme.txt.
Please let us use your undoubtedly excellent module by providing a teeny bit of documentation.

My apologies - there is a Readme.txt. I still can't get Newsticker to work, though, and I still suspect that it's a matter of more thorough documentation.
