sifr3 path wrong

Description
Variable render_plugin_dirs defaults to a:2:{s:4:"sifr";s:29:"sites/all/modules/render/sifr";s:5:"sifr3";s:29:"sites/all/modules/render/sifr";}
sifr3 points to the wrong directory. I cannot find the error that is causing this. Obviously this bug inhibits sifr3.
