Is this possible with Drupal?

Not sure of how to describe what I'm asking without showing an example so here's one:

http://www.purevolume.com/steeltrain

If you scroll down a bit there is a section on the right that says: Fans | Friends

The user is able to click on either Fans or Friends and switch between the two showing the different content in each without leaving or affecting the rest of the page. Is something like this possible with Drupal?

Thanks.

Another common choice (and possibly easier to setup, though I have little experience with Magic Tabs to compare) is Quick Tabs.

I'll check that out too.

I'll check that out too. Thanks.

Quick tabs

seems to be the better maintained module. The last commit to Magic tabs was 32 weeks ago and it doesn't provide a UI. I guess that quicktabs is much more user friendly.
