ec_recurring 6.x-1.0-beta1

This is a fairly significant release end to end functionality is now working. Still testing and bug fixing and removing more of the reminders.

I still need to add events into expiration so you people can hook into the the expiration of recurring payments.

Changes since DRUPAL-6--1-0-ALPHA3:

• fix up an issue where product expiry was not passing the ecid, but the uid instead.
• Add views support to ec_recurring.
• Remove existing reports and replace with views reports.
• Fix up watchdog entry for expiries
• Fix up reference to ec_recurring_product on recurring admin page
• Remove some more of the reminder code.
• Delay expiration by 24hrs so that payment gateways like PayPal who push the updates have time to update the site before the expiry happens
