Releases for Web Widgets

Initial, PARTIAL, Drupal 7 port. While the module is actually being used on a production site and working well, we've only ported the core feature of embedding widgets and not the Views integration.

Added check to prevent an empty h1 element from appearing when there is no view title set for an iframe widget.
Adjusted language around attachment settings.

First release of Web Widgets module.
Purpose: Create dynamic snippets of your Drupal site that users can copy and paste to their websites.
