Hi - There seems to be a slight contradiction I am having trouble with according to http://drupal.org/project/ubercart you should enable the dependent/recommended modules BEFORE installing Ubercart, but if we use your profile there is not the chance to enable them during/berore your wizard finishes. Please advise Thanks

Right, if you have the dependencies in your sites/all/modules directory, this profile will install those dependencies automatically. Please be sure to follow the Installation instructions on the project page.
