File can not be listed on initial submit

I believe this bug is similar or related to the bug at http://drupal.org/node/43546 .

When using the upload module to upload any attachment, when you first submit the attachment, it is never listed in the post, regardless of whether the list checkbox is checked or not. In other words, you have to submit, go back to edit, and click the list checkbox again (even if it was checked on inital submit) and press submit again. It seems like sort of the opposite of the bug listed above.

I have tried this in firefox on Mac OS X and Linux. Same behavior.

If no one is interested in fixing this bug, I will look into it myself.
