I marked a Gallery as private and added taxonomy terms to several images in that gallery. After I logged in as another user, I was unable to view the gallery, but when I viewed taxonomy terms, images from the private gallery were on display.

Clarification: I can't click through to the image from the taxonomy page, but the image name and thumbnail are visible on the taxonomy list.

This seems to be "fixed" in the .dev from 01/07. A tagged picture now doesn't appear at the listing even if it is not part of a private gallery so basically the taxonomy stuff is kind of effectivly disabled. This solves the privacy issue but of course creates a new one. Can anybody confirm this behaviour?

Tested this out again with the dev from the 11th and taxonomy on pictures seems to be effectivly disabled. The image is ignored by the listing under the given taxo term. The term seems to be applied because new taxonomy terms are created, but the pic doesn't show at the listing.

I am bumping this to critical because the ability to use taxonomy due to images being nodes is a highlighted feature of this module.

I think the taxonomy aspect of this problem needs to be underlined.

Forgot about about but I am pleased to notice that this was fixed somewhere on the journey.
