After i build my site, i installed the pathauto and token module. Do i have to define every path manually? or could all the URL paths generated automatically? Because now i have to add every alias 1 by 1 manually. It would be very helpful to generate every alias automatically. Can someone please help me out?

The entire point of pathauto is to automatically create path aliases. Be sure you've enabled the pathauto module, then navigate to admin/build/path/pathauto and set the automated alias configuration as desired.
