I'm trying to install Drupal on a friend's site. She has a virtual host arrangement with Verio Hosting. I have installed Drupal on my web site without any trouble, so I'm not sure why I can't manage this. When I type in the URL for the Install php, it returns the following error:

[an error occurred while processing this directive] The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there was an error in a CGI script. [an error occurred while processing this directive]

I have spoken to tech support at Verio and gone over the pre-installation needs and they say that everything is in place on their end.

I know that the MySQL version is 5.0.51A.
Not sure about PHP (though, I know they told me and now I can't find the email. urgh.)

Can anyone offer me assistance? I'm trying to get this going for a community service effort. Thank you!

I'm sure you will find every assistance and suggestions about installation procedure in the

Installation guide in the Drupal.org Handbooks.

If you do not find yourself confident feel free to post again, but please try to list all the single steps you
go throu so that a support for us would be more precise and successfull for you too.
