After much searching I thought I would just ask everyone outright; will it ever be possible to obtain and install the LEADEL.net version of the views carousel module on any basis? Much Thanx in advance.

That's not a views carousel module-- it's a flash app. There's some great info on this site at http://drupal.org/node/311770.
