Description
As of Sep. 2006, the country Serbia and Montenegro (CS) has been splitted into 2 countries: Serbia (RS) and Montenegro (ME). However, your "countries.csv" database - dated from Feb. 2009 - still only contains CS (instead of RS + ME)

Thanks. Created new release of module which includes these changes. Please ensure you run update.php
