This is a quick patch I wrote to be able to have a site with 5 languages use nodehierarchy. When a translation is added to a node, this patch will try to find a translation of the original translation in the language being translated to and use that as the default parent of the new translation if found.

thanks, i was looking for that feature! this really should be in core. i am using 6.x-1.3. are there any bugs in 6.x-1.2? can we port this to 6.x-1.3?
