advice for a homoeopathy website

I am developing a website for my company Soul and Mind Clinic. Its a homoeopathy clinic where i wish to promote the educate the pupil about the benefits of homoeopathy and give them treatment through online.

I would request everyone to help me for coming up with the website for taking case online for patients

Though i have tried using CIVICRM with drupal i am not able to register through CIVICRM into Drupal and get error message of default required fields.

Can any one help me with how where in i fill the user registration page of CIVICRM and its get registered with Drupal.

Also require VIDEO Conferencing module for doing the website.
