Password Tab Zen Theme conflicts

When the password tab is enabled, the page looks to have improperly closed tags, or perhaps out of order. It's only this one page that displays this issue.

bug.png is the visual representation, bug2.png is the normal code (all other pages), and bug3.png shows the incorrect nesting on the password tab. I'm not sure if any one else has noticed this before, or if it looks like this really relates more specifically to the Zen theme, I'll be happy to move the issue there.
