Sometime Drupal 6.12 doesn't show thepe preperly - Just text without design, without css
Sometimes Drupal just stuck on it - white page, and checked theme didn't set up.
And most of times it is just very slowly.
Yes, it could be with webserver setting on local mashine (I use Apache 2.2.11, PHP 5.2.10) or PHP setting for memory limit.
But as far as I know Drupal it was always.
So my question is- What it could be?
How to speed up (make faster) Drupal CMS?
How Drupal work depend of modules quantity?
P.S.The almost same is with install/reinstall Modules.
If this is not even a bu just tell me if I could find answers on forum.
If it is a some kind of issue (general bug for Drupal) just let me know for existed post (to not make double)

After opening some of links in other tabs in FF I have received messages like this:
* warning: array_map() [function.array-map]: Argument #2 should be an array in ***\modules\system\system.module on line 966.* warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in ***\includes\theme.inc on line 1771.
* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ***\includes\theme.inc on line 1771.
All other text is appeared, but no theme - just white simple background, and not loaded CSS style sheet.
