Please use better titles in your forum threads, The best way to get attention is to use the actual question as the title so that those browsing the threads can instantly see which questions they can answer.

create a view with the views.module
link that view to a menu item
move that menu item as a child of the my account parent in administer -> menus

get the advanced help.module and use google to find videocasts. There is a plethora of documentation on how to use views in the documentation area.
