Actually, fwiw you shouldn't wrap titles and descriptions in menu items in t(). I see another minor change in here, so maybe reroll for that one fix?

Since we are requiring PHP 5 for UC 2.x, we can go ahead and use the PHP 5 syntax for the uc_treeNode class. Which I am now renaming to UcTreeNode so we can have some consistency. :P
