Not sure if this is new in 4.3.0, or just a newbie gotcha, (and overall its pretty trivial, but also trivial to fix)
In INSTALL I read:
specify the vocabulary dedicated to glossary in Site Configuration -> Glossary ,
and went through the following steps:
1) searched for Site Configuration, not found
2) guessed it must be Configuration, cool
3) Modules maybe, nope nothing there
Finally I switched to the default Marvin theme, found Glossary on the Nav bar and found the 'admin mode' link in the text. Thanks!
I suggest you change the above wording to:
specify the vocabulary dedicated to glossary in Administer->Configuration -> Filters-> Glossary, (etc.)
thanks for another great Drupal module!

dmjossel commentedI can't find this "admin mode" link anywhere in the text at all, no matter what theme I use-- marvin or otherwise.
What is the URL to access it?
Also, I have to say this is extremely strange behavior. Why isn't this module configuration in with the other modules, the way it used to be?
dmjossel commentedSecond, the above text seems to indicate that the taxonomy bound to the glossary module is configurable on the Filters administration page (admin/system/filters).
However, with the glossary module enabled and logged in as a user with glossary administration privileges, I do not see any item for the glossary module vocabulary on the filters page-- just the usual image filter, html filter, alllowed tags, and URL rewriting settings.
