The Drush portion of Search Lucene API is outdated and could use a refresher.

After some though, it would be best to implement this as a contributed add-on, much like Drush Make. This way it could be used to install the ZF components, and as Drush evolves, the contrib can evolve with it without disturbing the core Search Lucene API release.
