Event Module - Adding New Forum Topic, Event Has Time Checkbox Is Checked By Default

Hello,

I have the Event Module installed and it is integrated with content types, including Forums. Currently, when a member creates a new Forum Topic, the "Event Has Time" checkbox is selected by default. How do set the configuration so that this checkbox is unchecked by default.
