Is this module still maintained? I would like to work on the D6 port of the module, in part working along with modules such as the Drupal MARC module.

Moving to d.o webmasters' queue. The Z39.50 Search module appears to be abandoned. The last official release is nearly a year and a half old, and the latest development snapshot is nearly two years old. The last D6 related code was seemingly touched almost two years go as well according to the CVS commit history (see here).
I would like to take over maintenance of this module to do further development on it, namely for D6 and (eventually) D7 compatible versions of the code. I'd also like to coordinate work with developers on related modules such as the MARC module and the biblio module.
