It appears that filefield items are checked for the "list" property, but imagefield items are not. Imagefield items are currently displayed whether the "list" checkbox is checked or not.

I'm not sure how this relates to the lightbox2 module. Can you elaborate? Or is this an issue for the imagefield module?
