Please Make me a Simple CRM Module

Hi,

I am looking for someone to put together a simple CRM module for an existing D6 and Ubercart site.

Simplicity is the key and all that I need is:
- add customers to the database
- make an appointment with customers and send iCal invites
- sell products and services (appointments) to customers
- create a Simplenews theme based on the website design
- send emails to one or more selected customers
- Single dashboard which has links to workflows and shows calendar
- Prefer that it be AJAXy, but lightweight

I would like this to be modular in nature and am considering making it open.

I don't think that this is an especially complex task, but if you think that you are interested, please let me know along with a sample of your other work. I understand that it is difficult to price, but please provide a rough idea of a 'per deliverable' price and timeframe. Not really interested in talking about hourly rates, sorry.
