How do I uninstall Nodereferrer Create?

Hi,

how do I uninstall the "Nodereferrer Create" module? If I disable "Nodereferrer Create" at ./admin/build/modules and then go to ./admin/build/modules/uninstall, there's no entry for "Nodereferrer Create" that could be uninstalled. However, the content types that use/used "Nodereferrer Create" are still reporting an "inactive Node Referrers field that uses a nodereferrer_create_list widget".

So how do I get rid of that?
