Hi, I have a pro license installed and my understanding is that when you copy a word document and paste it into xstandard, all the structural formatting (headings, lists, tables) is retained. It appears that's not the case. Any tips?

Resolved issue - was related to a Citrix config we have. Make sure Word and your browser are running on the same machine!
