Hello there, my website is Jamrie.com and I am looking for someone who can create a custom profile page for users that looks like this page.

This is the first part of this project.
The other part of this project is a custom coding that shows all un-answered questions on the site
and a "my questions" feature for all the questions a certain user has asked.
I have pictures of examples.
My budget for this project is: $80.00.

you don't need custom coding for the unanswered questions. you can use cck and views to build it. As to the profile page your budget is kinda low but what are you currently using for user profiles?
