CCK fields of URL type not showing up in settings

Description
I have most of my CCK fields showing up in the settings page, but not ones that are set to type URL. A search and replace also doesn't affect these fields, but does successfully change the others.
Is there a way to add URL fields? I have a lot of links that need to be updated.
