I'm running on Ubuntu 8.10 server (in French)
I have carefully (I think) followed the instructions and installed the single wkhtmltopdf file, which I believe is the static binary, in the print/lib directory.
I have used Synaptic to install the Xvfb binary, and created a copy of that in the print/lib directory
However when I try to create a PDF page I get this message:

wkhtmltopdf Xvfb: Could not init font path element /usr/share/fonts/X11/cyrillic, removing from list! (EE) config/hal: NewInputDeviceRequest failed (EE) config/hal: NewInputDeviceRequest failed (EE) config/hal: NewInputDeviceRequest failed

I'm a complete newb at this - any pointers would be welcome.

These are all errors from Xvfb. You have to configure it correctly for your system.
