- task #1008432: Investigate a more robust way to avoid "Duplicate Transaction ID" errors by bkosborne: removed transaction attempt from order numbers and instead use timestamp. this also fixed issue #1001744: Warning Messages appearing after checkout
- removed duplicate code; added payment details to always get sent to FD instead of just SALE and PREAUTH.
- Updated README.
