Mollom is blocking us since I updated Views

Yesterday, I updated Views module for security reasons as advised by Drupal. I updated to the recommended, not the dev. option. So maybe this is connected.

Today, I can't add or update content on my drupal site under Editor permissions. Worse, even when Mollom gave me the captchas, it wouldn't accept the answers.

So now i have a jam where no one except admin - not even the editor - can interact on this site.

I have Drupal core 6.12, Captcha 6.x - 1.0 - rc2 and Mollom 6x - 1.7 and Views 6.x-2.6

I'm a newbie, so if anyone can please help, best to tell me at a simple level. :)

ok it seems solved

and here is the strange part..

After the experience described above, I tried to log into drupal.org so i could post this question (since I did not see another question like it in the forum). But once again, I got blocked at the door. I was using the same password I always use with drupal.org (my browser remembered it). I was also using the same email address used for my Editor role on our website. Anyway, I requested a new password from drupal.org, got logged in here, typed in my same old password and posted the post (above). And the next time I tried to save a posting on our site with Editor permissions (which use the same email address as I use with drupal.org), I was now accepted.

So this is a mystery. The only common denominator seems to be my email address. Once I was accepted again on drupal.org, I was also fine again with mollom on my drupal site.

No need for anyone to answer anything because the problem is solved. However, maybe this info may some day be useful.
