After enabling the embedded view to handle the signup list, it wasn't apparent it was working due the fact that I didn't have any users signed up. Please consider adding some copy to communicate to the user that there are no signups so that they assured the module is working properly.

Maybe something like this: "Nobody has signed up. Once there is at least one signup, a table will appear with bulk operations."
