Need MultiUser eShop Site with Paypal - Music Industry

I am looking for a multiuser eshop to be built for people selling both software downloads (.zip files), and physical music hardware (keyboards, synthesizers). It needs a non-flashy theme laid over it, one that fits my market and that I could easily tweak later (doesn't need to be 100% custom. I am able to changes colors, logos etc.). I need someone to do the majority of setup and any extra programming, if needed, to accomplish this goal.

The site is kind of like Etsy.com or Twolia.com but for a different purpose. I even liked Rifftrax.com where users sold their own downloads. This will be a portal for people selling / buying niche music software & hardware they have made themselves.

I heard that Ubercart could do the multi-users and maybe even the mass paypal payment to the sellers? I'm not sure, I have little experience using Drupal!! Thats why I need your help.

Requirements:
- I take a %cut of each product sold, minus shipping. (A split payment solution? Or an easy mass payment to all my sellers, minus my fee)
- 100% Paypal. I have a business account.
- Seller ratings or feedback
- Viewable Seller profile with links to current product
- Top selling items or a product recommendation
- Basic Theme
- Basic Blogs
- Forum
