Maybe the wrong place to ask, but i am gonna give it a try.

So i have two views that i embed in my page. Everything works great, including pagination, but Ajax doesn;t trigger, any ideas why?
I preview the view is displayed correctly... (ajax is working).

I would appreciate any help, thanks!

ok, but how? there are many options how to embed a view..

If you are embedding the view with using the page.tpl.php template, then the problem might be similar to #338588-6: Post access counter removes default views.css link from header if "view post access counter" is not set. as the required js files might not be loaded..
