Instead of manually providing the edit and delete links, it would be better and more extensible to write code to copy the local tasks for the node (Edit, Delete, Reviision, Translate, etc) and create teaser links out of them.

Implemented in http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=230440 woot! Now any of the local node tabs (View/Edit/Delete/Revisions/etc) can be added into the node links! Woot!
