So I am just trying to create pages for a website that I am trying to upload, but everytime i go on create content, i only have the option of creating a home page or a story. I was reading the cookbook and apparently I am supposed to have more options than that?

I'm sorry if its a dumb question, I'm only just starting to use this.

See if my tutorials at http://striderlance.com/tutorials help. I made them for my clients so you should find them more than easy to understand if you are doing development.

I tried doing that but I do not have the options of creating a 'Page', just a home page or a story.

Did you set the permissions to allow creating a page? Also, you may need to go to Admin/Blocks and make that option appear in the menu.

I am at most an experienced noob when it comes to Drupal, but I try to help when I can :)
