Description
Right now a user can only see its own workspace, even if he's the admin. I think it would be great if the admin (or anyone with 'administer content') could see the workspace page for another user. That way, you can view/preview what workspace other users.
I think a simple way to do that would be adding an argument to the URL with a username or uid and, it the argument exists (and the user has 'administer content' or 'access other's workspace') then show that user workspace.
I don't mind writting the code if you think that feature is interesting.

#1
Yes, this would be good. Organic groups integration would be great.
#2
The masquerade module might achieve some of what you want. I thought I would suggest it, in case you haven't run across it yet.
#3
I can confirm that Masquerade plays nicely with Workspace.
Another way to achieve this would be to add a couple of filters to administer > content.
This would require changes to node.module AFAICT
