Access rights for articles?

Hi all,
I want to display articles for different access groups. That means:
+ User 1 should see article A, B and C
+ User 2 should see article A only

Can this be done with setting different rules?

And if it's possible, what forum do I need to install to use the same user data? (I want to add forums with seperate access rights similar to my article concept).

Any help/idea/link is highly appreciated.
