When using Zero Point theme, TinyMCE does not display.
The WYSIWYG editor TinyMCE toolbar buttons do not show up above the text field when the Zero Point Theme is active. The buttons do show up under Garland theme.

florian commentedDo you use TinyMCE WYSIWYG Editor (http://drupal.org/project/tinymce) or Wysiwyg API (http://drupal.org/project/wysiwyg)?
I have tested the recommended Wysiwyg API module and everything works as it should.

florian commentedPlease download zeropoint-6.x-1.7. It was a CSS conflict.
johnbsims commentedI don't see any change with 1.5 or 1.6.
florian commentedUse ver. 1.7. It is very important to do two things: 1) clear the Drupal cache, and 2) clear browser's cache.
I have heavily tested the last release (1.7) with all major browsers, including an old NS and everything works as expected.
