I am a Drupal developer/designer with extensive experience and have currently taken on a bit more work than me or my company can handle at the moment. I am looking for a number of freelancers that would be willing to opperate under my organization at an hourly rate.

Applicants should have solid programming skills but should also have a good sense of design. The type of work will vary greatly from job to job. If you prove to be effictive and proficient, the possibility for steady and continuous work is certain.

Please provide an hourly rate as well as current availability. A link to previous works along with details of exactly what role you played in the creation of those works is also necessary.

All applicants must be fluent in English. The deadline for application is 7.1.09.

This is an alias as I prefer to keep my actual Drupal name private to protect both myself and my clients. Applicants will certainly be made aware of my actual name during the approval process.

There is no set rate at this time as it varies by client and job. I am looking for freelancers who have a pre set hourly rate so that I can connect client and freelancer while coordinating the exchange.
