Is there a module that does a web scrapping?

Web scrapping is to get other (normally external) site's content.
In this case I want to have other site's content when users click on an url.

I just saw a post on the Create from Web module.

Hmm...looks similar as I wanted but not exactly what I want. Thanks for your information, guess I could start from this module.
