programmer needed for Lightweight E-Commerce Module Creation.

OK, I'm looking for a programmer who can write a Module or two that can do this:

- Feature 1:
For a specific Content Type I want to be able to create "Catalogues". A Catalog is a node with an individual picture and a table.
The Table should consist of the rows: Nr. - Product - Price.
I wanna be able to add as many rows as I wish.
Each row is a product, the product creation should happen here, not like Ubercart, where a product is another content type. My site is also multi-lingual, the back-end is english but I want to be able to localize products,etc.

Info: The Content Type is called "store". Each "store" has a couple of catalogs which are children to the store in a book.

Feature 2: When a product is bought in a specific "Store" my client

will be paid a commission by store owner and the store owner should receive notification through mail or sms so that he can start delivery. The Buyer can't pay online, so he doesn't have to give away any payment details, but the module must make use of the seller info i add to each store with a cck field for delivery purposes. The owner of the "Store" should receive an e-mail with shipping address of the buyer and details about purchase (which products, total prize).

My budget is tight but my "wish-list" smells like big time coding. Can you give me an approximate prize range for such a project?
The module should be open to the community.
