first paragraph inside [quote] tags does not have p tags.

To test type:

[quote]This is a paragraph.

This is another paragraph

This is a third paragraph.[/quote]

into a text area and have a look at the source - the latter two paragraphs will be surrounded by the html p tags, but not the first.
