Is this feed malformed?

I've tried adding this to two different sites, one of which is brand new, only running the latest feedapi & simplepie parser.. when I add this feed and save/refresh, the feed gets removed from the feed node (when you edit it, it's gone), and nothing downloads.. it seems to be rejecting it I guess. The feed opens fine in Firefox, looks like any other...
