Vocabulary added to User profile's local menu could not be removed

Hi,

Followings have been done to produce the issue:

- Installed "content_profile" module
- Added a new vocabulary named "Personal Information" and assigned to "Profile" content type
- Created some fields under "/admin/user/profile"
- Made it effect as could see text "Personal Information" under local menu in user edit "/user/id/edit"
- Then deleted the vocabulary "Personal Information"
- Refreshed "/user/id/edit" and still saw it there. Clicked on the link "/user/id/edit/Personal Information" and saw "Page not found"

I'm not sure this bug is either regarding to Drupal core or "content_profile" module so just report and hope it helps.
