Views - Highlighting results for a specific Role

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me how I could possibly go about highlighting Views results so that if content has been posted by a certain Role there is a marker of some sort.
e.g. I have a role of 'Pro' and would like to display an image to indicate that the poster has a Pro account.
I'd also like to Sort on this but it appears that the Role Weights module does not currently have Views2 support - does anyone have any suggestion to get around this?

We are waiting for views support in http://drupal.org/project/role_weights, but if you are adding the username of the author, try http://drupal.org/project/realname where you can add an image to your role. So it will define one role from the other ..

Thanks for getting back to me on this one Liliplanet - I'll look into it later today as it sounds as though it could well do the trick.
Hope you get views support in role_weights as this will certainly come in handy as well :)
