Thank you for your contribution. There's a problem however; Drupal.org hosts only GPL v2+ licensed code. As far as I can see, some parts of the theme are not or cannot be licensed under the GPL. Examples include cufon-yui.js, black-out, lacuna and the Silk famfamfam icons.

These either need to be removed from CVS or they need to be (re)licensed under the GPL v2 or later.

Hi Heine, thanks for your fast response.

I guess I best offer the Typography package as a download from my own website, as this will also give me more freedom of choice in fonts.

I'm a little hard pressed to find mime type icons that are GPL or GPL-able, do you know of any?
