- Performance improvement - only load Page Titles for Node Types which have Show Field enabled. Content types with this disabled wont have entries in the table anyway, therefore the query is pointless.
- Fixed: #1206164: Strict warning : Only variables should be passed by reference dans views_page_title_pattern_alter().
- Changing the views_handler_field_node_page_title handler to extend views_handler_field_node - we duplicate a lot of that class anyway.
- Fixed:#1517640: Notice: Undefined property: views_plugin_display_system::$display_handler - Fixing E_NOTICE error for missing display handler property.
- Code cleanup based on coder errors.

Beta 1 of the 2.4 release. This is intended for people to test. There has been a significant change to the code + initial implementation of a Views integration.
Note: A lof of code is now in the module specific includes in modules/*.inc. I plan on moving more in there when I can.
Note2: The admin page has moved from content to configuration, it seems more appropriate. It is now on 'admin/settings/page-title'
New features:
* There is a Javascript counter on the field now - this tells you how many characters you've used.
* Integration with Vertical Tabs
* Integration with Views 2. You can now set Page Titles for a simple Page View AND for each argument.
